Device arrived with a balance due, but the seller was quick to get me a replacement phone. Phone arrived as described and works flawlessly.

Great people to work with, first phone had an issue beyond the control of the seller and they took care of it right away without question. Even better they responded immediately so there was no wait time. They were with me the entire way throughout the issue until it was resolved. Sent the original back and ordered a new one. They refunded my original purchase without issue and they even did it while on vacation, so I'm pretty impressed they managed to keep so on top of things even while away. Second one came without any issue. Just as described in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or dings.
