The phone arrived and was a described, in great condition. However, soon after receiving the phone, it started to develop dead pixels that started going across the screen. It now has a large black gash of dead pixels. When attempting to work with Gilly's, they were unwilling to do anything to fix the issue. I was happy just to exchange the phone despite the issue, but they were still unwilling to do anything. You probably won't run into issues with this vendor, however, you may get stuck with a lemon that they are unwilling to help you with.

Phone would not recognize any SIM card. Seller didn’t respond to our question about it. We ended up contacting Verizon and they set up an eSIM so it is working fine now.

Purchased an iPhone 8 Plus that was supposed to be Tmobile compatible but was locked. Wasted a ton of time on trip to Tmobile store, calling Tmobile tech support, and going to the post office to ship the phone back, and had to order another phone and wait for it to arrive. Seller said he would reimburse cost of shipping back the phone but did not even though I told him how much it had been & provided a receipt.
