I spent $175.10 on this iPhone 12, and the total sale came out to $193.22. I'm between jobs with little to no money and this is the first smartphone I've had in years so I'm very grateful and thankful as I'm in a desparate situation. However, 3 buttons of keyboard text down the keyboard do not work, adding up to 12 whole letters/characters. This has made the iPhone extremely difficult to set up. I would appreciate any help from Alex Gilbert as I am happy to have this piece of technology. I can't do much on this phone yet. Thanks so much, and I appreciate the help greatly. Cheers.

When I received my phone it would not charge. It's saying it's at zero even when on a charger. It will also not update battery percentage.

I thought I could deal with the issues, but they became too problematic for me so I reached out to the seller and got an immediate response that I could return the phone. phone came in a day before it was suppose to arrive , let me say it looked great I got it in good condition I didn’t see any scratches or cracks which is great ! The battery capacity is 87% which is ok! the packaging was very poor tho . overall 10/10!thank you
