There was no display message but the screen does a very erratic zoom in and out, won’t let me do anything until it stops glitching; it only does it for about 10 seconds; kinda annoying but it’ll do until i upgrade again

The seller used USPS, don't recommend. Please use UPS next time. Phone looks good so far

Bad purchase! In configuration it says (unknown part) and it does not have a true tone, (1 he did not warn me, 2 I distrust the technicality of the manager who uncovered the phone to change the screen, 3 I hope it is of good screen quality) I will also check the battery life percentage in 3uTools and hope it is real. It's a shame some customers don't realize it. Swappa should increase more filters to see if the device is worth purchasing

no response from a comment I had on the sale.

Item had more marks than depicted in photos.

I activated the phone but it freezes pretty regularly. I end up having to restart it over and over.

the sale went fine but the phone is defective. after less than three weeks of daily use the screen has stopped registering input and is not usable.

The charger port stopped working about a week ago. Thank you for the phone.

The listing said it was shipping from CO, but it was really shipped from ME. In my experience, mail to and from Maine takes a long time. It did take longer than expected to arrive & it was a gift for my son that was very late.

Phone would not recognize any SIM card. Seller didn’t respond to our question about it. We ended up contacting Verizon and they set up an eSIM so it is working fine now.

Good phone for a great price (minus the battery) but the shipping took 1.5 weeks, which was a little too slow in my opinion.

Arrived pretty quickly. Phone mostly in good condition however, burn on screen is very noticeable. Not sure I would consider this fair.
