Feedback for the seller: I have a couple of swappa transactions under my belt now, and this one had the least protection for shipping. All good for me because my item was not damaged but a bit more packaging/bubble wrap might save you a future headache.

The phone we purchased was still on an active account. It was locked by TMobile a few months after we purchased it due to the previous owner not paying their bill. Essentially we were sold a stolen phone.
