Although the phone seems fine, Tmobile advised that there was a balance owed from the original purchaser of the phone. So it was not free and clear. Due to my long standing relationship with Tmobile they fixed it for me but the phone was advertised as clear. So I cannot recommend Gilly's for any additional purchases.

Sorry, it took so long to "complete" this sale. I'm a new Swapper and I don' t know the protocol yet.

Received in the described condition, but was unable to send or receive calls or texts 2 months after activation. Trying to work with seller to see if he offers any type of warranty.

The phone arrived in the exact condition that the seller noted. It also arrived a few days sooner than I expected.
The only issue I had, which wasn't the seller's fault (This is a known LG G4 issue), was that some of the software corrupted and erased my IMEI number. It took a little bit of research, as updates were disabled due to the bad IMEI, but I was able to reinstall the software. From that point on, everything has exceeded my expectations.
