this is the worst seller EVER. do NOT buy from them. They sent me a phone via usps and it took 9 days to get to me. that is totally unacceptable. then the POS phone didnt even work - it was promised to be on the t-mobile network but it was NOT. i shipped it back and they took 2 days to refund my money but didnt pay for the return shipping on the phone that never worked due to their error. this company is the worst.

Shipping was prompt. Phone was in pristine condition other than the documented screen burn-in. Burn-in is perhaps slightly worse than it appears in the listing picture, but is still acceptable and expected given the item description (and it is still only really noticeable on white backgrounds). The battery also in almost brand new condition according to AccuBattery. A+
