I was scammed almost $600 by this seller do. not. buy. The phone has been blocked from Internet use in the USA. The phone is completely unusable, I will do everything In my power to get a full refund. My relative is lawyer so hopeful I will get this situation figured out if I have to take legal action. I will update this review if there was somehow a misunderstanding and I get a full refund.

The phone arrived as advertised. The issue was shipping, it took 5 days to drop it off for shipping at a self service USPS kiosk. Overall, the phone is great but the customer service was not.

Purchase went smoothly and when the delivery took longer than expected, seller chose faster shipping at their own expense.

Seller should be aware of phone color before selling.

The phone was listed as “good” but I would rate it as “fair”. There are a number of scratches on the screen that I wish were not there especially due to it being in good condition. Also the chips on the side of the phone are numerous but can be covered with a phone case. The seller was responsive when asked about tracking which is helpful.

Fast service great phone

The sale was mostly positive, except I got played on the charger. When it came to me, it wasn't in the box. I messaged and was told it would be sent, but it never came, and the messages went cold. The table itself was nice, though. I just felt that could have been handled better. Kind of knew at certain point it was going like that.
