Fast service great phone

The sale was mostly positive, except I got played on the charger. When it came to me, it wasn't in the box. I messaged and was told it would be sent, but it never came, and the messages went cold. The table itself was nice, though. I just felt that could have been handled better. Kind of knew at certain point it was going like that.

The iPhone is in good shape more or less, nevertheless the charging cable doesn’t make a good fit to the charging hole, and tends to disconnect or not charge at all. The more time I spend with the phone this problem is more evident. The add did not provided this information.

I bought a phone and it turned out to be stolen when I went to activate it. I let the seller know ASAP and they didn’t care. My refund is still pending and they know I needed my money back fast to buy another phone that wasn’t stolen. It’s has been a horrible experience. Now, I won’t buy off Swappa anymore
