It took days after advertised shipping for seller to send the product. After receiving it, the Apple Watch battery health on listing was 100% but in reality, it was 65%. After fully charging it up, it drained very quickly with only turning the screen on. Requested to return item for full refund. Seller was responsive during return process until I was awaiting refund. She did issue the refund after involving Swappa staff.

Perfect transaction. Good phone, good price, shipped properly and on time. No complaints at all. Seller did everything right.

Made purchase online and was told the phone was sold in store, highly disappointed because I sold my old phone, with only an apology, like my purchase meant nothing. They need to do better business on inventory if your gonna do online sales and in store sells instead of stiffing the customers
