Made purchase online and was told the phone was sold in store, highly disappointed because I sold my old phone, with only an apology, like my purchase meant nothing. They need to do better business on inventory if your gonna do online sales and in store sells instead of stiffing the customers

Everything was tested and worked 100%. T-Mobile had to physically work with the phone to transfer service. The remote or online service wasn’t able to transfer to new eSIM technology.

Terrible experience with this seller. I was sold an iPhone 15 that can’t even be activated because it’s tied to a $2,000+ unpaid balance flagged by AT&T. This was never disclosed. The phone is completely unusable. Selling devices like this is unacceptable and is fraud. Avoid this seller.

The iPhone arrived in way better shape than I imagined “Good” condition would be. Its exterior is almost flawless except for a few small screen scratches that are unnoticeable under a screen protector. It does not show any repair history and I was able to place it under my Apple Care plan. I am very happy with the quality for the price. :)

The seller did not include everything in the original delivery then said to get the rest I’d have to pay an additional $10. I had to get swappa support involved multiple times to resolve this issue. I don’t know if I’ll ever buy anything off Swappa again because out how much of a headache this was.

This phone is actually really great it came today & came just as the seller described. The seller also provided a screen protector & a charger also with a case! I haven’t met anyone who has given anyone everything they need in 1 package but the seller is trustworthy & answers messages QUICK. Go buy from the seller!
