Phone was not able to be hooked up because there is money still owed by the previous owner. Swappa doesn't permit the sale of locked up phones that are financed, but sorry seller won't give me refund.

Seller cancelled the sale, but refund was prompt

Phone was not _quite_ mint, there's 2 places on the frame with small amounts of drop damage. But the phone is otherwise is excellent shape as described. All parts are original, and it works as advertised!

The phone is faulty. The screen will freeze often. Sometimes it’s so bad that I can still feel the haptics but the screen is completely black. This is not “good” condition although the body of the phone is fine. I will request a refund if this continues. Just now the screen turned off for THREE MINUTES! No amount of tapping or button pressing could help. In a different situation, like an urgent situation, this could be very frustrating. This was NOT described in the description of the phone in the listing. Without the freezing it is a good phone. But the freezing of the screen especially when it randomly goes black and won’t turn on but I can still hear music or feel haptics is especially unbelievable. If you know some way to remedy this let me know otherwise I will be requesting a refund for this faulty device.

I'm only three months into the use of this phone and it's got battery performance that's result is I'll need to look into another phone. Less than 2 hours of use before dead.

Microphone while on speaker is clogged and sound quality for the other party is subpar. Dark spots on macro camera. NOT just “some minor scratches”

The problem is that I received a device that is not, I received a white iPhone with the damaged screen does not work, and well when I arrived there was a card from a cell phone store that sells iPhones on eBay refurbished

The seller accidentally sent the wrong phone. I understand mistakes happen. I was then asked to ship the phone back and pay for shipping. I was never reimbursed shipping charges to return the phone. I did not receive any communication and it took 7 days to get my refund after the seller received the returned phone. Buyer Beware.

The sale was of a device which turned out to be a blacklisted device but the seller is great. Upstanding and easy to contact and resolve any issues which arise.

This was a brand new sealed device which the seller couldn't have known would be blacklisted so I have nothing against them but it was stressful which is why I'm mentioning it.

SCAMMER, beware with this seller i bought a good condition phone from him and he sends me a different phone that is poor condition as i ask for my refund he refuses to do so and also refuses to send a return label so i had to go out my way buy a return label send it and wait a whole month going back and forth to get my money back. swappa customer service was also a headache to deal with so save your self the head ache and buy from someone else.

I received my phone quickly and am happy with it.
