Item was shipped fast but arrived with a visibly damaged camera that wasn't shown in the listing photos. Messaged the seller to resolve, they were short and not very helpful. Took many messages to finally get to the solution I originally proposed...return for full refund. From me mailing the shipment back to receiving a refund took 18 days. Would not recommend.

The iPhone is in great condition and setting it up went smoothly. The only complaint, thought not very large, is that the battery is not from Apple I believe, but its quality is good enough for my purposes.

Condition of screen was less than expected, but was able to resolve quickly via partial refund to account for the condition. Everything else works as expected and IMEI was clean and was able to activate on my T-Mobile account.

Blue tooth inop. Display is not a genuine apple product so there’s a constant notification. For the money I paid I made a bad purchase going through this vendor

The purchase was for a gold iPhone, but I received a white iPhone.

Situation remedied.

This is not the phone I ordered. It was supposed to be purple and it's silver. It was supposed to have an apple made battery in it but it's an aftermarket one where I can't see the battery health. Complete scam
