Phone had more than a few screen scratches, wasn't packaged well, and had not been factory reset. However it is working well.

Poor communication as in not getting back to us about a request for faster shipping and communicating when the phone was actually shipped. We requested and offered to pay expedited shipping for Christmas, (Dec 19th) but the vendor took 4 days to bring the phone to the post office (Dec. 23rd) and then it was 6 more days to arrive (GA to Florida) as they sent it basic shipping. Vendor needs to work on safer packing as the phone was just rolled up in a bubble envelope and sent in a thin cardboard mailer. Fortunately, the phone works properly.
Seller should also be identified as a company and not a private seller on here.

iphone looked good from the outside - but there are 2 issues with it from the start- first the flashlight does not work. Also, the phone will randomly mute my voice while I'm on a call. And the person can no longer hear me. I have to toggle between speaker phone often.

The phone looked to be in great condition but the LCD keeps showing lines or just completely goes black and it takes several minutes to get the screen to come back on. Also the microphone is broken, when on speakerphone the other caller can't hear me.

The phone screen, as stated in the description, was replaced. However, the description did not mention that the screen would turn black/glitch during use and that there are display issues with the new screen nor did it mention that it was an off market screen.
