The phone looked to be in great condition but the LCD keeps showing lines or just completely goes black and it takes several minutes to get the screen to come back on. Also the microphone is broken, when on speakerphone the other caller can't hear me.

The phone screen, as stated in the description, was replaced. However, the description did not mention that the screen would turn black/glitch during use and that there are display issues with the new screen nor did it mention that it was an off market screen.

The seller is hard to get a hold of once there is a problem. He would not respond to me refund requests and lied that he would get back to me. As I let him know 30 days before the product was purchased that the phone wasn't working. He did send me a prepaid shipping label but would not refund my money after he received the phone back. Instead he's making me jump through hoops to get my money back. Would never recommend this seller to anyone

I purchase in Swappa because I expect to do business with honest sellers. Mr. Neha N. is not one of them. This type of sellers make customer like me distrust Swappa.

I bought an iPhone 13, it never arrived at the address and the only response from the website and the seller was that they were not responsible. I feel scammed and I already gave up my money. Terrible service and I will never buy from them again.

Sold me a carrier locked iPhone 16, had to meet with T-Mobile support several days to try to connect the phone. Was never able to connect the phone and since this phone belonged to someone else and somehow was still allowed to be sold on Swappa I was unable to schedule an appointment with Apple to see what was causing the issue. Good communication from seller but definitely would not purchase another phone from them, took no accountability and blamed their vendor. Thankfully did offer me a return slip to return phone. Awaiting refund.

when i fist set up thw phone the earpiece speaker didnt work but it seems to be working fine now, just leting you know unles it stops working in the next day or two, if you know of this problem advice would be well recived
