I can't recommend this company. We were sold a phone that Apple had recalled after a warranty issue. Not sure how it ended up back on the market. There are pixel issues and a bad battery. Not what you would expect from a 'Mint' condition phone. The seller has only suggested that I pay additional fees to get these items resolved.

I had to return the device as it turned out not to be Sprint compatible. Despite that, Chad was easy to work with and helpful when I was frustrated and upset. He refunded my money the same day that he received the returned phone. And the phone was in great condition (as described). I would recommend purchasing from him.

It turned out that I couldn't use the phone. It was the second SPRINT iPhone 5c purchased from this seller and, unlike the first,, I was told by SPRINT that this phone had an outstanding balance and couldn't be unlocked. Seller immediately agreed to take the phone back and I've just seen the refund notice from PayPal, issued on the same day the phone reached the seller. So, though the purchase didn't work out in the end, I couldn't be more pleased with the seller's responsiveness and approach at every point, and would definitely do business again.
