Phone arrived with two small scratches on screen despite being marked as Mint. Other than that everything works great, the seller replies quickly and shipped just as fast!

Fast shipping great iphone

The first phone I received had a broken home button and unfortunately had to be shipped back (adding $10 to my expense for the phone). Chad repaired the phone and shipped it back quickly. Overall it was a fair experience, I was disappointed in the fact the home button worked for approx. 3-5 presses but stuff happens. Chad was quick at shipping, and quick with responses when I had trouble. Swappa staff was quick as well to mediate. If I could give half stars I'd give this purchase 3.5 stars.

Inaccurate item description and condition. I would not have bought it if I knew it was not mint, despite the low price. Quality of communication with the seller and promptness of shipping are good though. But the actual item matters most.

Great seller, fast shipping, phone arrived exactly as described.

Seller sent what was supposed to be a "Mint Condition" device to me, but turns out I couldn't even make any calls on it. The earpiece was completely broken, no sound in or out from the phone aside from media played through the speakers - even then, it was blotchy and you couldn't understand anything. Seller supposedly tests devices and claimed they "weren't sure how that would slip through" because they "test all their devices". I would think making a test call would be a priority item... Returned to seller expecting to have a replacement according to what they said, but instead they refunded me the initial amount I paid with no replacement. The catch? I had to pay for return shipping, for a device that they falsely advertised. And now I'm still phoneless, and just threw away money on a return shipping cost. Not happy at all.

I would recommend this seller! The device came really fast and was exactly as described.

I wouldn't say the phone itself is poor for from an objective standpoint, but I bought it under the advertised rating of "mint." Since I purchased this two months ago the flashlight has never functioned and a few other features have been glitchy, such as the dictation option. This phone was definitely not mint condition and should not have been advertised as such. I will give an average rating because his shipping speed was excellent and the phone works well otherwise.
