Phone had a blue screen reboot issue after a few days of use. Seller was notified and supplied return address. Device was returned and seller refunded money the same day they received the faulty unit back. Judging from other sales by the same seller, this is not a normal thing for a faulty device to be sold. I still recommend this seller and would have bought from again, however they did not have any more of the device I was looking to purchase. Thanks Chad for a great experience even if it didn't pan out.

Said it was a Verizon phone, was not. It was an AT&T phone. Seller did not believe me that I had tried everything in my power to activate it with Verizon. Had to ship it back for exchange and then wait until seller received it 3 days later to find out that they could not exchange and was refunded. Delayed me replacing my phone for a week and a half.

I love the phone and it was exactly as described if not better. The delivery process was very fast and I love my new phone, which I am writing this from now.

The phone was shipped in a timely fashion and it is exactly as described. I was told I would get a charger with the phone, but when I plugged it in it didn't work. If I had not asked about the charger he wouldn't have included one to begin with. For future buyers: if he says he will include a charger, just double check with him that he's sending you one that can actually be used.

This, being my first experience with Swappa and Chad M, I will say has been uneventful and a good experience. I was looking for a nice iphone 5S as an upgrade to my iP4 to be used as an experiment on bring your own phone pgm on Tracfone. I am a senior that does a minimal amount of phone and some text to famiy, and want to reduce my big ATT bills. Chad M sold me a mint like near flawless iphone 5 that is working swell. Now we'll see how I like Tracfone, at about $10/mo, hopefully it will go well. I approached this project from ground zero, bought the phone, ordered the TF GSM nano card. Had problems with the data links IAPN issues that are common but were solved by a few extended phone calls to Tracfone Tec Svc. Charles R

Seller was polite but the Iphone was not completely as he described, when you grab the phone it feels like something is loose inside(as if the battery is not sealed) he never mentioned that. So with this buy im not 100% satisfied
