This phone has been nothing like what was described. Upon arrival, the phone's home button had been cracked. Annoying, but no big deal. I then went to replace the home button at the Apple store but was told by Apple the screen had already been replaced by a 3rd party so it was out of warranty. Exceptionally annoying but still not worth going through the hassle of trading it in for a new phone. Eventually went to take the phone in for its out of warranty repair only to be told the phone had actually been stolen. I STRONGLY advise against buying from this seller.

Device was shipped promptly and packaged well, however it was not as described. The listing said mint and the screen was mint but the back had scratches and there was a small ding on the bezel.

I tried to give zero stars, actually, but it wouldn't let me! Everything started out well- shipped quickly, was responsive etc. However, the phone stopped working less than 2 weeks after activating it. The screen became completely unresponsive. Upon taking it to Apple (even though the parts were guaranteed original), I realized that they were scalped- different serial no. on the front screen and the back. So, I battled with Apple to return the phone because it was essentially, stolen parts. I bought a new phone, but kept this upon return from Apple- was going to eventually try to replace the screen through a third party vendor. In the end (recently, actually), I learned that it is actually a logic board failure causing the screen issues. Basically, the phone was assembled with crap/stolen parts :(

In summary: faulty logic board, front and back components scalped from other phones.
