The phone appears ok- but it arrived w/o a charger and no battery life. So i have to go buy a charge and charge the phone before taking it to Verizon.

Update: the on/off switch at the top is broken and the rear facing camera works but takes fuzzy blurry photos. Need to be contacted

Seller was quick to ship. Phone was as described, only issue I have is there is a gouge mark on the screen that was not mentioned. I see the marks from the otterbox as described by the seller but this gouge was not made by a otterbox. Had I seen this mark I would have bought a different phone.

The devices was listed with no dents and 9/10 condition. In reality it had dents and also significant scratches. The seller was kind enough to offer me to buy it back with 100% refund (excluding shipping which is fine), however, I ended up selling the phone locally to someone else. No 5-star rating because of incorrect device description and the hassle I had to go through to get rid of the phone.

Purchased phone on Sunday, USPS label was generated that day and the phone shipped Monday. Arrived Wednesday.

My fault - I was upgrading from an iPhone 4S to an iPhone 6. I didn't think about needing a lightening power cable for the phone to charge; nor did I have a SIM card. Quick run to the store. It would seem to make sense to sell power cable with phone.
