The phone that was sold to me has a loose screen which causes the phone to not be functional at all. The screen was clearly poorly replaced the black glue is coming off on the side of the phone! i will never use this website again and I'm not going to waste my time asking for a refund because the seller obviously needed the money more than i did selling a phone that does not work.

Delivery of this phone was good, phone looked good and worked fine. The only reason for the low score, unfortunately my daughter dropped this phone in water and I needed to open it up to attempt to dry it out. When I opened the phone there were screws missing where they should be present and also extra screws just floating around inside.

Handled crack issue very well.

Do not buy from this seller! The device advertised as "mint" and described as "brand new never used" was anything but that. I had to open a dispute with Swappa and he did not reimburse for shipping. Terrible seller, awful customer service, and an overall scam. Don't trust this buyer!
