I have not been able to get anyone to rectify this order. I got this phone for my daughter and it was broken. It will only charge to 1%. AT&T stated that it was an apple recall model and when I asked about this I heard nothing back. It needs to be replaced and I have held back on writing the review to see if they would correct this but they have done nothing to amend the situation. That is a lot of money gone!
