Battery was loose inside the phone when I got it. Had to pay to have that fixed. Minor scratches on the screen and whoever put a new screen on did a bad job because the front facing camera is off center. Not very happy considering this is my first purchase on Swappa. Listing MINT should mean it looks like it did coming out of the box the first time. I just felt like the phone was misrepresented. I will be keeping it though because the seller didnt seem to concerned by the battery being loose and then told me I could ship it back and he would fix it. Which was ridiculous due to the time and money involved in shipping. Concessions were not made, nor offered. Again, I'm disappointed but don't want to wait for the seller to try and send me another phone or anything. I will look elsewhere next time when buying a phone online.

This phone worked fine in the beginning. Now it's shutting down constantly. And sayings the battery is dead when it's really fully charged. I never dropped this device. I believe the device was opened because there is. Permient mark under the glass on the screen. I believe whoever opened this phone previously must have messed up the internal battery. I'll be taking it to Apple to see what they can do but if they can't do anything I would like to discuss a replacement. This shouldn't be happening.
