UPDATE: This phone at first sporadically wouldn't charge. Now today on any charger including apple chargers I cannot get the phone to charge. I would like a refund - please contact me!

The device received was exactly as described. The phone was purchased to be used on the T-Mobile network and there were no issues getting it setup!

While I was disappointed that this phone was in a lesser condition than advertised, I think it is rare but noteworthy and fair to note that the seller did respond quickly to my concern and agreed to work with me to make it right. I am not happy that the item was not in the condition I expected, but this seller deserves commends for making it right in an expedited fashion. Kudos for that.
