Timely shipping and the seller was very helpful. The phone's headphone jack did not work, which was not advertised. Apparently it got missed in whatever inspection was given to it. Overall the phone is in decent condition and the seller refunded me the $10 I needed to buy a headphones adaptor from apple to go from lightning cable to 1/8 headphone jack. So I'm up and running fine now.

The shipping was fast and the phone came in new condition! Would shop with this buyer again :)

There is one medium scratch on the top of the phone. But it's okay

Phone arrived two business days after payment, in the condition it was advertised in (probably better!). Only issue at all was low volume in headset earphone, which was fixed by cleaning it out with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip (something I might suggest Farewellcell do for other iPhone's they sell in the future).

I'd absolutely buy from these folks again! Thanks so much!

Phone seems to be working very well since I got it last night. Minor crack on the glass at the end near the camera. I was surprised after getting the package that it did not include USB charger. It does have the lightning to USB cable and headphones.
