Phone arrived as expected, and performs as expected. Phone was in great shape even for a Used Jet Black.

A good experience with the seller I would purchase from them again.

Received very quickly and in excellent condition. Will buy again.

The seller I assume to be a retailer/business, and although the phone is almost exactly as described, I am giving only 4/5 stars because of a few reasons: the screen has minor, noticeable scratches that were not apparent in the 3 pictures provided, and the original image did not have the Swappa ID for this exact phone (which made me a bit suspicious). Once I put a screen on the phone the scratches were no longer apparent, so it's not an issue at all. Otherwise I had a good experience and the phone and its materials arrived safely and with plenty of padding. I would buy from this seller again if they responded to questions better and provided the Swappa ID with every picture of the device.

Just as described and fast delivery! Thanks.

Seller was very understanding, I happened to return my order as it wasn't up to my standards and was lacking some detail in the description. We worked it all out.

I got my phone very quickly, all questions were answered promptly, and my phone was packaged very well so not to be damaged!

More than fair pricing (well below average), phone in EXTREMELY good shape, fast shipping, no problems at all. Would recommend and would buy from again

I believe a phone with a nick on the screen and light scratches covering abt 75% of the screen should not warrant a 'good' rating! And obviously the seller didn't agree with me. He refused to refund the purchase so I had to enlist the help of Paypal.

Very scratched screen. This is not a good conditions, its fair.

Phone corresponds to the description. Very fast delivery. Excellent seller, I recommend.
