Tablet arrived in regular USPS flat rate envelope, without any screen protection like cardboard. Fortunately there is no damage, but we cannot assume that USPS always provide white glove treatment.

Light scratches all around the phone no charger cord but it's a good phone just need to find a phone case for it love using swappa and will enjoy getting the galaxy 5 watch to Match the phone on my next check

Do not consider the phone as "GOOD" more "FAIR" Two significant scratches on screen and multiple pits/dings along the top and side.

The item arrived in good condition. Shipping time was decent. Surprised to find that the Verizon Galaxy S20 5G doesn't have an SD card slot when all the other versions of the S20 5G do. It wasn't advertised as having one, so I guess that's my bad for not realizing the Verizon one was different. All who buy this item should be aware. It would have been nice for the seller to disclose that little detail.

I gave you a natural rating because of three reasons not trying to complain but my screen has a dead pixel didn't come with a charger and was already set up I ended up wiping the device before starting any connection nothing personal other then that it is exactly as it states it was I am glad to have done business with you

Stated minimal usage but the Screen was all scratched up, the deciptive pictures hid this fact.

EDIT: After using the phone for a few days I went to take a photo and the camera is all blurry and does not focus at all I tried different camera apps and still does not focus at all. Photos are I have taken are attached

Fast shipping. Tablet seems to be in good condition, except for a heavily used S Pen (the tip and button are quite worn). The back cover, which I thought attached the way Samsung intended, was attached with unbelievably strong foam adhesive. A heat gun, prying tool, isopropyl alcohol, and an hour later the cover was damaged but removed. I will reiterate that the tablet itself seems to be in good condition and General Test Mode (*#0*#) seems to return good results.

Phone arrived at 1% charge which is not great for Li ion batteries. Oleophobic coating stripped from screen although listed as in "good" condition. Otherwise as described.

Phone came in good condition but didn't say that it had no sim tray in it.

Phone has arrived ! I didn't realize charger isn't included. It would be nice to know.

I just realized that the Pixel 3 that I have bought is defective (LUKA52145 )
It cannot stray in focus when taking pictures
I want to replace it

I got the pixel4xl but this one seems to be manufactured outside of the USA, my SIM card won’t work with it and motion sense is disable, I would like to send it back

The phone I purchased was in good physical condition but had a battery issue that was not disclosed. I contacted Google support and the issue was fixed under warranty. Other than that, my Pixel 4XL is a great deal!
