A month after buying the phone, the battery died on the phone. It won't charge or start up or anything, and I've been trying to get this phone fixed for the past month and no luck.
Too many scratches on the screen
It was listed as a good condition, but I received a fair condition item.
Received quickly and is fully functional
Seller sent a defective device then I had to mail it back and pay additional postage then wait for replacement which they did offer a free upgraded device which I never received cause Seller REUSED same shipping label and couldn't give me a proper tracking number which caused a windfall of mishaps and yes they got my money but I didn't get my product do to incompetent sellers who send out items that are broken or mis labeled. Never in my life have I dealt with such lousy customer service and how the customer is supposed to fix everything. Never again ill stick with ebay or Amazon or the guy on the corner selling phones outta a van cause at least he has more professionalism then what I encounter at swappa.. bogus
The phone doesnot open fully it has a problem
IPad keeps restarting randomly and got into a boot loop since I’ve had it…. Had to wipe it completely to make it start working
.
bad usb port
Not a fan of the damage that wasn't told to me. But it is a gift I can cover the back with a nice case.

not working!
The iPad came covered in fingerprints which is very gross and the device was not reset prior to being sent to me.
Very disappointing transaction overall...seller's communication and service came across as very lacking.
The first phone they sent turned out to have a major screen defect (which, to be fair, was only apparent on darker-gray backgrounds). They agreed to send out a replacement once they received the faulty device.
I asked to make sure that if they sent a replacement, it would be in good physical condition (specifically no major scratches on the screen), and they assured me that would be the case. When the replacement finally came nearly 2 weeks after shipping my return, it was VERY scratched up (with even the camera glass scuffed), and all they could tell me was (paraphrasing) "Well, you should have bought a Mint device then."
If they had just told me they couldn't offer me a replacement in Good condition, then that would have saved me a lot of time, grief, and extra shipping cost, and I would have just asked for a refund the first time.
Phone came with an undescribed scratch on the screen at the time of the sale which was very disappointing. Shipping was fast
The device isn't working properly, it says moisture detected while charging. Please let me know the procedure for the return
Quick shipping. The device wasn’t as described, and worked as expected. Seller took too long to refund. Overall, it wasn’t very pleasant experience.
Externally, it looked good without any scratches or exterior damage. Functionally, the phone worked but when you plugged in the charger, the phone made a noise and gave an alert saying that the charging port had moisture in it. The phone did not have any moisture in it since I hadn't taken it around water and so I returned it to the seller. The seller received the phone and said that they didn't have any issues when charging. That seemed pretty strange considering the noise and error alert that I got when I tried to charge it. The seller was prompt in refunding the full payment.
Items arrived in better than expected condition. Better packaging should have probably been used. Recommended seller.
Phone is in great shape! Shipped quickly and exceeded expectations. Thanks!
Edit: While the phone was physically clean and mostly working, it seems the widespread Pixel 3 camera hardware flaw is present. This Pixel's camera is not in working order. I'd prefer to work with the seller to resolve this.
Seller was not accurate about mint condition.
Original phone arrived damage. No problem, accidents happen. Problems really started with replacement device. Screen was clearly not, "MINT", as described by seller. Seller then was slower to respond. I had to pay return shipping on phone that was not as described. Seller would not refund return shipping. I hope the seller does not continue with this poor service.
The item is not mint condition its good condition, there was a very fine scratch on the center left of the screen. Though the scratch is only visible when looking for it the seller should be more careful during inspection of the item.
Misleading photos. Phone was not in nearly as good condition as they portrayed and claimed. I had to ship it back on my own dime. Will not buy from again
Device has screen burn which was not mentioned in the listing
Awful seller. He sent me a phone that had battery issues and when I contacted him to resolve it without having to be issued a refund, he told me to get the phone fixed and I would probably be reimbursed some or all of my money. When I explained to him that I had already put out a certain amount of money (purchased additional chargers, sim and cases that weren't included) , he snidely told me to just return the phone then. Will never deal with this seller again. What a waste
Beware!! Seller needs to do some Quality checking before listing his phones. My phone the battery was DOA.. Phone would not even power on without having the charger plugged in. Charged the batter to 100% the day received. Turned off. The following morning battery was @ 0%. Seller refunded purchase price but would not refund my return shipping. If I use swappa again I'm never buying from one of the high volume "trusted seller"s again!
I was sold a cracked glass phone, had to pay for return shipping. I'll be buying phones elsewhere.
First phone was broken, I paid shipping back, ended up being a huge hassle. Will not be buying from seller again.
Listed the item in the Google version of Pixel 3 XL. After it was shipped I tried unlocking the bootloader but couldn't. It was the Verizon model. Was going to let that go after thinking about it. Put SIM card in and it didn't see the SIM card. Sent me the wrong and broken phone. This is what swappa calls a "trusted seller". Please be careful. I don't think the seller is bad. Just lazy.
Seller sold me a phone rated as good condition when the phone was defective and had electrical problems. Sent the seller video evidence of the issue and seller refused to refund my shipping. Buyer beware. Seller does not take care of its customers.
Received wrong product. Sent it back immediately, but took 28 days of back-and-forth before they issued all the necessary refunds.
My first and last time using swappa. After buying a Pixel, it became bricked after two days. After three days of trying to communicate with seller I had to warranty through manufacturer. Still waiting for refurbished phone to arrive from manufacturer. Swappa unhelpful, uninterested in resolving issue.
Battery says it fully charged, but then phone just turns off at like 85% and you have to plug it back in to get it to restart and it will show like 67% still.
The phone was in much worse condition than the seller specified. There were deep scratches and drop damage all over the phone, and none of them showed up in the pictures.
The seller did however allow me to return the phone and refunded it, although it took them a couple weeks to refund me after it arrived back to them.
I received the phone with quick shipping and didn’t have an issue activating but I highly disagree with the grade of good for the device I received. The screen is FULL of scratches. I left a message with the seller and never got a response.
There was damage to the screen (yellow burn in) that was not addressed or made known in the listing. Please be aware from buying listing with pictures not taken from all angles. The top down angle was not taken a photo of(where the burn in is obvious).
Phone missing parts and unusable in condition received.
Battery is running out too quick and home button is too worn
Seller sold good condition phone with the mute rocker not working. Stay away from this cheat seller.
Not fast in communication - error occurred and took a very long time to get my money back (still in progress!!)
Seller posted listing as Verizon phone. I received a trac phone. Paid shipping for replacement. Was told phone was Verizon unlocked even though it doesn't say so in listing. Buyer beware if this seller.
Shipping was quick, phone is in great condition.
(no additional description provided)
I never got the device - it got lost somewhere in shipping, and the situation wasn't refundable
The phone randomly shuts off and restarts while i'm on it. I've had it for less than 24 hours. There is no way this wasn't a known issue before sending the phone out. Nowhere in the seller's listing did it mention this. ===UPDATE 08.10.18=== Turns out this phone just needed a new battery, but this seller never once addressed me or talked to me about this issues. Would not have done business with seller if I had known it would be this difficult to contact them.
This guy is terrible please don’t make the same mistake I made he’s a scam artist he sells stolen phones which get put on the block list he hasn’t responded to me and has not refunded me PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HIM HES A SCAMMER AND THE PHONE FROZE AT LEAST 20 TIMES A DAY AND WHEN ID RESTART IT, IT WOULD FREEZE AGAIN PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY it was also severaly cracked ALSO HE TAKES FOREVER TO REPLY AND MOSTLY NEVER DOES RELPLY THIS SHOULD BE A ONE STAR GUY DO NOT BUT HIS PRODUCTS THE PHONE WAS STOLEN AND BECAUSE HE TAKES FOREVER TO RESPOND I HAVE TO WAIT DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN MY POSITION HE GAVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS SO I WONT GET THE REFUND BUT I RETURNED IT SO NOW ITS ONE STAR
