The seller I assume to be a retailer/business, and although the phone is almost exactly as described, I am giving only 4/5 stars because of a few reasons: the screen has minor, noticeable scratches that were not apparent in the 3 pictures provided, and the original image did not have the Swappa ID for this exact phone (which made me a bit suspicious). Once I put a screen on the phone the scratches were no longer apparent, so it's not an issue at all. Otherwise I had a good experience and the phone and its materials arrived safely and with plenty of padding. I would buy from this seller again if they responded to questions better and provided the Swappa ID with every picture of the device.

I believe a phone with a nick on the screen and light scratches covering abt 75% of the screen should not warrant a 'good' rating! And obviously the seller didn't agree with me. He refused to refund the purchase so I had to enlist the help of Paypal.
