The device received was exactly as described. The phone was purchased to be used on the T-Mobile network and there were no issues getting it setup!

While I was disappointed that this phone was in a lesser condition than advertised, I think it is rare but noteworthy and fair to note that the seller did respond quickly to my concern and agreed to work with me to make it right. I am not happy that the item was not in the condition I expected, but this seller deserves commends for making it right in an expedited fashion. Kudos for that.

Update:
After a week of use, phone no longer works. Touch has become unresponsive and does not work. Have tried rebooting, restarting, and reformatting the phone all to no avail. Did not damage it at all upon receiving it.

The watch is like new - no scratch at all and even the band is in a great shape. And it arrived quickly. I'm very happy with the purchase. Thank you so much!
