came brand new and has worked flawlessly.

Item seems to be just as advertised! It cam in with damage to package and the USPS put a note on it saying it was damaged in shipping, luckily the shipper put it in a bubble wrap inside the box and it started up and appears to work fine. I don't expect any issues but only way to know is to try it out !
