Fast transaction and the device itself is great, but I wish the seller made it more clear in the listing that it was the phone only and no charging cable included. Also, I brought this up after receiving the device and did not get a response from the seller, so they definitely don't get points for communication.

Since buying this phone my daughter has had nothing but trouble with it. It constantly shuts down on it's own and rarely stays up and running for more than 24 hours. Delivery was fast but too many issues to keep the 5 star rating.
Addendum: The seller graciously asked for the device back and they would issue a full refund. Upon receiving the phone back, Farewellcell is trying to renege on that offer and not refund the money. I would steer clear of Farewellcell! And if I could take away the one star, I would.

Came in just fine although something might be wrong with the battery?

The phone is in good condition-just a medium/small scratch on the screen and other very small scratches, nothing major. Nothing is noticeably wrong while using the phone. However, I wish that the provided photos zoomed in on the scratches because they weren't very visible in the pictures. The earphones were dirty, as if they took it right out of their ears and shipped. The shipping is fast. The customer service is nonexistent on the weekends. I sent three messages and got no response, but you can't expect quick replies on the weekends from any company. The phone is good, almost great quality. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!
