The seller sent the laptop but failed to send the charging block and charging cord. Then she sent the charging block but not the charging cord. I had to buy the charging cord myself, and the seller reimbursed me for most (not quite all) of the cost of buying the final missing piece. This could have been a much better experience if she had just sent me a charging block and cord as promised in the original shipment she sent, rather than drawing this out testing me to see if I would close the sale before all the pieces had arrived.

The seller delivered what was promised in a mint condition IPad Air 4th generation. My one issue is it didn’t come with the charging brick or USB-C cord. It’s a small issue.
