Premium Cell Phones

Seller did not even begin shipping the device until after I directly reached out a day after the listing guaranteed shipping. They claimed they had not recieved notice of the order until "just then" but I have not had this issue with any other seller and I've seen others report this issue with the seller. Device was not factory reset *and* was enrolled in MDM on arrival, which violates the device requirements for listing on Swappa. The seller claimed the had never seen the MDM before which indicates they either did not check the device's software functionality before selling (very neglectful practice) or attempted to bypass the MDM from appearing to the future owner by partially setting up the device before sending it off.

I can't say for sure if this seller is simply too unknowledgeable to be selling devices on Swappa, or is intentionally attempting to circumvent the basic listing requirements, but I would recommend avoiding this seller completely either way.
