Seller shipped a phone that was not as described. Tons of screen scratches with several that were quite big. If purchasing a phone from this seller, I would require pictures to be taken with the LCD turned OFF - an LCD that is on hides scratches well, and the listing only included pictures with the LCD on.

Seller was communicative and refunded the sale quickly, but also ignored my question of refunding the returning shipping fee, which I assume I will end up paying myself.

All in all, this transaction wasted my time and cost me $13.

Phone had very significant scratches on screen, bad enough I would consider a couple of them "gouges". No shipping information was provided by seller, although phone did arrive promptly. Since the device was still under warranty, I was able to finally after nearly 1 month, get Apple to replace the device. Had it not been for the warranty, this device would have been returned, as this was not "Swappa Quality".

My advice to the seller would be to be more open about device condition. All pictures in the listing have the screen on, which is a great way to hide a very scratched screen. No mention of the screen being literally covered in deep scratches.

My advice to buyers ... be aware. Ask for additional pictures.

We just received the phone, so as far as I know, it is working fine. It was in great condition on the outside. I didn't get information on when it shipped until the day it arrived which was 5 days after I ordered it. To be fair on the actual shipping, it was December 23 that I placed the order. However, knowing that it was shipped and when it was expected to arrive would have been helpful for planning purposes as it is very cold outside--which could have damaged the phone.

Battery in phone is far from healthy and seller did not make buyers aware of this in his ad. Great Condition is what the ad said... In reality phone turns off at fifteen percent battery. From a full charge it will reach fifteen percent battery in 2.5 hours of web use. Seller claimed to be unaware of these issues which seems unlikely. Not my best swappa experience.

Fast shipping, packed in a very soft recycled soda 12-pack box. Phone not quite as described. Screen described as little to no scratching, but in fact was quite scratched with pictures taken in a way as to not reveal this. They offered to take the phone back, but with no acknowledgement that they misrepresented their product, only “sorry we did not meet your expectations” and “you received a good phone at a fair price”. Cost but mostly time made it easier to keep and have screen replaced by Apple.

I had received the phone, shipping was fast. However the box's manufacturer seal was broken (the box was opened before) and the SIM card was missing.

Arrived yesterday in good time.
I charged it last night and went to the Verizon store today for it to be connected. The sales rep. immediately noticed that the button on the top left corner that turns the ringer on/off was broken. I am disappointed that this was from a company with so many sales and they did not notice this upon inspection before selling and mailing it out.
