Very poor communication.

The seller sent the laptop but failed to send the charging block and charging cord. Then she sent the charging block but not the charging cord. I had to buy the charging cord myself, and the seller reimbursed me for most (not quite all) of the cost of buying the final missing piece. This could have been a much better experience if she had just sent me a charging block and cord as promised in the original shipment she sent, rather than drawing this out testing me to see if I would close the sale before all the pieces had arrived.

I never got the phone.

bad customer service.

Phones battery was noted to be 100%. After a full charge it lasts less than two hours. Spent nearly $500 on a phone I need to replace roughly a month later. Would not recommend.

Speaker Did Not Work paid 30 Dollars to repair,,,

It was difficult to communicate but I'll just assume that was due to the winter storm. But it came in one piece :)

Edit: FRAUD. SOLD ME A BLACKLISTED PHONE

- 1 / 5 stars

Terrible seller lied about condion and said the paint damage was the light and when I received it was damage

- 1 / 5 stars

This seller falsely advertised that Apple Care was included with the phone. The listing clearly states Apple Care included until August 2, 2021, but after checking with Apple the phone does not have a warranty.

- 1 / 5 stars

described the item as "good" when the phone has lots of dents on every corner, heavy swirled scratches on the back and screen on the left is POPPING OUT. Did not provide tracking # on sales page, i commented and so is swappa no response from this seller. Lastly, took 9 days to get to my house; if business hours m-f then it was 6 days. CATEGORIZE YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY ! SHIP ON A TIMELY MANNER ! RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS CONCERNS AND/OR QUESTIONS!!

Received the item. Thanks

This phone is crazy. Sometime it shows Zero Percentage battery, when i plug the charger, it immediatley shows 25% and when i restart the device, it shows 10%....So not sure what is going on with this device..

Purchased a Nikon D3000 as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. As you can imagine, I was pretty upset to find out after taking it to a Nikon dealer to buy a lens, that the camera is BROKEN. Would not take photos. $70 down the drain, considering that I cannot return nor resell. Had to buy entire other camera for $80. But this one ACTUALLY works AND comes with a battery charger and two neck straps. I chose this seller due to his positive reviews, so I'm a bit ticked to have wasted my money, time, and what could've been a great gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, NOTHING IS GUARANTEED TO WORK.

- 1 / 5 stars

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! They sold me a blacklisted phone (either stolen or delinquent on device payment). Seller refused to refund, had to use a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Look at their other reviews, looks like this is the norm- wish I had checked their reviews before I purchased from them.

- 1 / 5 stars

I hate writing a bad review, but I feel like it's important to share this. Please do not buy from this seller. The item I received was not as described and included the cheapest charger the seller was able to get from Amazon - in a separate shipment, after the fact. What was particularly painful, though, was the seller's ongoing unwillingness to answer questions and their outright aggression in response to inquiries. They were hostile, accusatory, and uncooperative. After many, many exchanges, Swappa finally had to take down all of their listings in order to force them to issue a refund for my sale. I know we're all doing our best, but this was an example of how not to sell your stuff online.

Seller inaccurately answered questions about the item. shipping was quick

im not happy with this iphone, i order an unlocked one and it is not. he answered me fast and tell me to send back the phone but i dont have the time so i decided to keep the phone but
im not 100% happy with it.

Fast shipment. Having issues with phone connecting to wifi. Sometimes it does , sometimes it doesn't. Phone was a AT&T phone. If I had known that I wouldn't have bought it. Even though it was unlocked, two carriers refused to activate the phone. Third carrier had issues trying to activate. Over all, not happy with this phone.

Phone was working for about a month until my mom got "no service". Went through hours of troubleshooting only to figure out the IMEI was blocked due to being reported as stolen/fraud/unpaid account dues. THANKS FOR THAT.

She sent me a broken screen apple watch, she is a totally scammer, DONT BUY WITH HER, I wanted to return the apple watch but she refused it and started to fight, I wasted my money. Read carefully the reviews before buy anything from her, this is not the first time that she scam a buyer

Device sold here was blocked over a month after sale. Resulted in a return.

Seller sold me a financed phone under a payment plan ( Outstanding balance not paid off). Seller Would not admit fault Or take responsibility. I had to have swappa Customer service intervened to get my money back. Seller Also tried to trick me by Posting a Fabricated photo Of a chat History With AT&T customer service rep to Make me believe it was paid off. Seller Was very unprofessional While communicating with me. 0/10 Would recommend.

The phone functions well and is in great condition. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to buy a new sim tray because the one that came with the phone was black and didn’t even fit the phone.

Update:
This phone has been acting dumb with the screen delayed. I went into apple and the screen had been replaced. So ridiculous! I had to pay $157 to have it fixed since the warranty was void. Never buying from this seller again.

- 1 / 5 stars

When the seller says they'd give you a charger with the phone I would expect it to be able to work with the phone, gave me a micro usb with a phone that takes type c, would not recommend buying from this person. However the device itself is in ok condition would have sold as fair instead of good condition bc their is slight screen ghosting where I could see that they had something on the screen for a long period of time so it's permanently etched into the screen until it gets replaced. Thus, this 1 star rating.

- 1 / 5 stars

Terrible phone. The button did not work properly. The screen was after market

- 2 / 5 stars

Shipping was prompt. Item was as described except the touch screen worked inconsistently. Took it to Sprint and Apple neither of whom could get the touch screen to work. Returned item to seller. The return and refund process was not without it's hiccups. Be very cautious purchasing phones from this seller.

Took along time to get to me like 10 days after payment. Tried to bootup the phone it was not charged. The device was rooted and the bootloader was changed. Should have been stated. It prevented me to receive updates from the carrier. After downloading and returning the device to stock it runs smoothly. I found that there is screen burn in on the top portion by the drop menu common issue on sg7. Should have been stated. Other than that good buy. Iemi is clean, everything works so far.

Thankfully the seller sent it 2 day shipping when notified. I would rate the seller higher, but my experience was rough for the sg7.

bad scratch on the screen not disclosed on the description...

- 1 / 5 stars

Its a resale with out checking the condition, very inaccurate and damaged product received but quickly.

- 2 / 5 stars

Battery in phone is far from healthy and seller did not make buyers aware of this in his ad. Great Condition is what the ad said... In reality phone turns off at fifteen percent battery. From a full charge it will reach fifteen percent battery in 2.5 hours of web use. Seller claimed to be unaware of these issues which seems unlikely. Not my best swappa experience.

Fast shipping, packed in a very soft recycled soda 12-pack box. Phone not quite as described. Screen described as little to no scratching, but in fact was quite scratched with pictures taken in a way as to not reveal this. They offered to take the phone back, but with no acknowledgement that they misrepresented their product, only “sorry we did not meet your expectations” and “you received a good phone at a fair price”. Cost but mostly time made it easier to keep and have screen replaced by Apple.

Arrived yesterday in good time.
I charged it last night and went to the Verizon store today for it to be connected. The sales rep. immediately noticed that the button on the top left corner that turns the ringer on/off was broken. I am disappointed that this was from a company with so many sales and they did not notice this upon inspection before selling and mailing it out.

The carrier was locked

They sold me a phone with a bad battery. I took it to a shop, where they put a new battery in & it died 15 minutes later. Would not refund. Do not buy on Swappa, or from this person, you will get hosed. Check their feedback, this wasn't the first time they did this.

I purchased an iPhone 6 which began malfunctioning shortly after receiving it. Eventually it stopped responding to touch, and a repair shop attempted to replace the LCD (which unfortunately didn't fix the issue). Ultimately they stated there was a problem with the logic board that was likely present prior to the sale. The eventual cost of the repair was $150, only slightly cheaper than purchasing another phone altogether. The seller was difficult to get in contact with and did not provide assistance with the issues. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Sent me the wrong device, had to return it.
I had to cover the return shipping fee and swappa fee.
First bad experience with Swappa!

- 2 / 5 stars

I asked if there were any scratches on the screen and did't receive a response leading me to believe there were not but there is a deep scratch on the lower right corner along with many other finer scratches.

Device had cracked screen ! Seller not willing to offer a partail refund. Wanted device shipped back to a P.O. BOX

- 1 / 5 stars

Horrible experience! This seller is scam. Sold me GSM locked IPhone 6 with cracked back camera and changed screen, while in description didn't mention about that. Didn't want to return me shipping costs unless I leave a 5 star feedback! Returned me shipping costs only after I contacted customer support. And even here this seller returned me money using PayPal where I was charged commission, therefore I still haven't received full amount that I paid for shipping. But it's enough! I don't want to deal with that anymore. Beware and stay away from this absolutely dishonest person!!!

Not really happy with this screen. Looks like a smudge in the photos not something that was a part of the screen. Seems like something that should have been in the description.

- 1 / 5 stars

This seller is a fraud. He listed the phone as brand new in box but in fact this phone is a used iPhone, activated and not any accessories in the box.

- 2 / 5 stars

Phone was AT&T Carrier not Sprint. responds abruptly to questions. Overall was not to impressed with seller. Phone was in condition described hence 2 stars.

- 1 / 5 stars

I don't appreciate false advertising by this seller for a phone from a different carrier. The older iPhone could not be activated on Verizon, they couldn't even load the unlocked IMEI despite the seller saying it could work, incinuating that I was an idiot. All followed by refusal to compensate my shipping fees for an item returned after said false advertising. I wasted 4-5 hrs trying to get Verizon to activate on their side after countless phone calls. I desperately needed to have a working phone but lost a week without one. I received a proper phone from another seller, same model, and had it making calls in 10min.

- 1 / 5 stars

Nice phone, but I had to do all the work to get the phone off of old owners account and on to my own. Prompt communication shipped pretty quickly

- 1 / 5 stars

Quick responses, accurate description, fast shipping.

Edit. Phone turned out to have an outstanding balance and was deactivated after two months. Did not receive any help from the seller (like other reviews have said). After a lot of work with PayPal I have been refunded
