I received pkg today and it was shipped as promised the very next day and I was provided a tracking number. Phone came exactly as listed, brand new and never used. Highly recommended seller and would definitely do business again. 10 out of 10 rating.

Only problem I had with the seller was that they were incredibly impatient and did not consider the difference in time zones. They messaged me multiple times at 2, 4, and 6 in the morning, inquiring if I had fixed my address through paypal (I hadn't added my new address yet and hadn't considered that when I went to purchase the console). They contacted swappa at 4am (in my timezone) in an attempt to get me to answer so that they could get the payment promptly, without considering the time difference, which was incredibly frustrating, as it was out of my control.
If there's ever an issue, even in the slightest, with the sale, the seller gets incredibly frustrated and short. Definitely not an experience I was expecting from a seller with over 400 ratings.

Overall my phone was in very good condition except for the indention on the back of it. Also, I thought it came with a screen protector on it already which was a bummer when it came in and didn't have one. The order came in a lot faster than I had expected and the phone works good as new.

Seller sold me a financed phone under a payment plan ( Outstanding balance not paid off). Seller Would not admit fault Or take responsibility. I had to have swappa Customer service intervened to get my money back. Seller Also tried to trick me by Posting a Fabricated photo Of a chat History With AT&T customer service rep to Make me believe it was paid off. Seller Was very unprofessional While communicating with me. 0/10 Would recommend.

The phone functions well and is in great condition. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to buy a new sim tray because the one that came with the phone was black and didn’t even fit the phone.

Update:
This phone has been acting dumb with the screen delayed. I went into apple and the screen had been replaced. So ridiculous! I had to pay $157 to have it fixed since the warranty was void. Never buying from this seller again.
