Packaging phone came in was not great and phone had a deep scratch on the screen that was not noted in the sale. Phone did also not come with charger as described in item listing. Phone works perfectly otherwise.

The packaging the phone was shipped in left something to be desired, not sure scrap paper is the best packing material, but phone arrived in one piece without issues and with a screen protector on! Thanks for the sale.

Seller shipped within the required time and it arrived a week after ordering, which is great! What isn't so great is the phone arrived really dirty like it was just used for a while and placed right into the envelope. It only took a good wipe down with a Lysol wipe, but I would've preferred to receive at least a clean-looking device. Still, after cleaning I could see it was mint condition as described so that's great!

Phone received was tied to a different carrier and could not be used. Seller was good to work with and provided refund.

Phone was dirty and had to clean the earpiece speaker to hear any phone call.

Sold me a phone that ended up blacklisted and blocked. Seller was very communicative and provided a partial remedy, but did not fully remedy or make me whole under the circumstances.

Negative: Seller was slow to post tracking information. Seller also made a mistake in listing the model number and insisted that I was ignorant of the fact that it could be used with multiple carriers.

Received device with a big chip out of the back glass. Didn't really see it in the pics before but technically it was there. Just wish I had caught it prior to buying.

Fast & phone with in good condition. Phone has problem with Face ID and it was hard to put the phone on a plan because a problem with the IMEI number.

playbook was fine, cant update due to server issue, known issue with playbook end of life. I had to research this problem.

Slow on communicating and shipping. Macbook was not factory wiped when I received it. Everything else was as described.

Phone was blacklisted after 3 months of usage. Seller refunded the money though

Came quick but they Said there was no damage and the phone came with a few deep scratches. The pictures deliberately made it nearly impossible to see them as he never showed the actual screen off.

I received the phone the next couple days of my order

The phone is hardly in "good condition" as described. It's in "fair condition" at best since scratches and smudges on the screen are very noticeable. Phone was also very dirty on receipt and had to be cleaned.

Im happy with the item as described, seller was slow in communication as we had some issues with shipment that caused delays.

Only problem I had with the seller was that they were incredibly impatient and did not consider the difference in time zones. They messaged me multiple times at 2, 4, and 6 in the morning, inquiring if I had fixed my address through paypal (I hadn't added my new address yet and hadn't considered that when I went to purchase the console). They contacted swappa at 4am (in my timezone) in an attempt to get me to answer so that they could get the payment promptly, without considering the time difference, which was incredibly frustrating, as it was out of my control.
If there's ever an issue, even in the slightest, with the sale, the seller gets incredibly frustrated and short. Definitely not an experience I was expecting from a seller with over 400 ratings.

Device sold here was blocked over a month after sale. Resulted in a return.

Shipping was prompt. Item was as described except the touch screen worked inconsistently. Took it to Sprint and Apple neither of whom could get the touch screen to work. Returned item to seller. The return and refund process was not without it's hiccups. Be very cautious purchasing phones from this seller.

Took along time to get to me like 10 days after payment. Tried to bootup the phone it was not charged. The device was rooted and the bootloader was changed. Should have been stated. It prevented me to receive updates from the carrier. After downloading and returning the device to stock it runs smoothly. I found that there is screen burn in on the top portion by the drop menu common issue on sg7. Should have been stated. Other than that good buy. Iemi is clean, everything works so far.

Thankfully the seller sent it 2 day shipping when notified. I would rate the seller higher, but my experience was rough for the sg7.

Battery in phone is far from healthy and seller did not make buyers aware of this in his ad. Great Condition is what the ad said... In reality phone turns off at fifteen percent battery. From a full charge it will reach fifteen percent battery in 2.5 hours of web use. Seller claimed to be unaware of these issues which seems unlikely. Not my best swappa experience.

Fast shipping, packed in a very soft recycled soda 12-pack box. Phone not quite as described. Screen described as little to no scratching, but in fact was quite scratched with pictures taken in a way as to not reveal this. They offered to take the phone back, but with no acknowledgement that they misrepresented their product, only “sorry we did not meet your expectations” and “you received a good phone at a fair price”. Cost but mostly time made it easier to keep and have screen replaced by Apple.

Arrived yesterday in good time.
I charged it last night and went to the Verizon store today for it to be connected. The sales rep. immediately noticed that the button on the top left corner that turns the ringer on/off was broken. I am disappointed that this was from a company with so many sales and they did not notice this upon inspection before selling and mailing it out.

I asked if there were any scratches on the screen and did't receive a response leading me to believe there were not but there is a deep scratch on the lower right corner along with many other finer scratches.

Not really happy with this screen. Looks like a smudge in the photos not something that was a part of the screen. Seems like something that should have been in the description.

Phone was AT&T Carrier not Sprint. responds abruptly to questions. Overall was not to impressed with seller. Phone was in condition described hence 2 stars.
