Caution to other buyers! The packaging that the seller used was ineffective. The console was only lightly packaged and upon opening the box, the cover of the console was detached. Also the seller listed the console as in "Mint" condition, yet the console had scuff marks and more, making the console in good condition at most; certainly NOT "Mint" condition. Also the seller was slow to respond. I also requested partial reimbursement for the indicated issues. And while the seller did offer and provide some reimbursement, she haggled on the reimbursement. Not customer focused at all.

After 4 days of using my MacBook Pro 2020, it started to have problem with the keyboard and then completely unusable. The communication was very poor and I had to contact day by day with the Swappa staff to receive seller response. Not recommended if you are using forwarding company

Phone was in great shape. Shipping was a tad slow but not horrible. Phone microphone/speaker area was kind of dirty as well. Might be good to clean that area a bit more thoroughly before sending phones. Otherwise the phone has been working great. Everything just as advertised.
