The device came in as expected but i was travelling. I am now getting the chance to try it. I am noticing serious battery issues that I will attempt to describe after testing the device for 1 week:
- when the device is off and plugged in, it will charge and it will reach and show 100%. However, when you unplug it and turn it on, shows no charge (0%). so the trick is to charge the device while it is on.
- After full charge while it is on. when you start using it. the charge will reach 50% within 1 hr of normal conversation.
_ when it reaches 15% and you activate battery saver, it automatically goes off and shows a triangle with an exclamation point .

I will appreciate if we could resolve this situation.
