First bad experience on swappa. Screen wasn't on the body of the phone and had play when you pressed down on it. (like the repairer didn't use enough adhesive on the screen to hold it onto the body. He provided full refunded after shipping back but wouldn't refund full return shipping fee like swappa TOS only partial. Purchased to use as a trade in device and hand to cancel an order and re-order due to this issue. Incurring double shipping fee.

Swappa was pretty useless in that they couldn't get the seller to refund full returns shipping.

Provided info via paypal to get return shipping back through them. I guess in that sense they were helpful.

I am happy with my purchase. The phone was exactly as pictured & advertised. The seller shipped quickly. The phone is working out great!

The only cons whatsoever:
1. The seller used the wrong address which delayed shipping by a couple days.
2. The phone was on a very old software version, and needed a couple hours of updating. (not a big deal at all though)
3. I wasn't sure whether or not I was getting a charger cable. It could have been a little clearer.

Got it, as described

Device mostly as described but the touch sensor seems to be a tad faulty and either refuses touch input or causes jitter at times. This is fine for my purposes however.

As stated, the phone was in "mint" condition and arrived a day early. I did a search and happily discovered it also was priced lower here than Amazon, eBay and three other sellers found by my Google search. The entire process was smooth as silk!

Nice and neat packaging as well as a phone that looks even nicer and neater than advertised. Thrilled with this purchase!

I received phone quickly. Cosmetically phone was in good shape but battery was at 91%. Looking back on comments this seller has quite a few with this .He offered me to return but I have to pay for return .No return slip. I asked to split difference of battery replacement with me. Price at UBREAKIFIX was$79.99. I asked for $39.99 refund and I would keep phone. his response was no partial refunds. We like returns. Beware this seller check battery. I will keep the phone as I wanted it for a backup to my other Pixel2XL and eat the cost of replacing battery. My worst experience on Swappa though no fault of Swappa. Beware this seller. It seems he sends phones out with not thorough checking and see if they stick. No guarantee if you send phone back you get cost of shipping and a full refund or minus restocking fee or no reimbursement for shipping. Other than battery everything else works on the phone as described to be fair. My opinion as buyer Not good experience.

Item was not quite as described. Description wrote no noticeable scratches on the screen. Many small scratches visible with screen off as well as a scratch that is deep enough to be felt and seen on some screens. Was also surprised by the minimal packing, 2 padded envelopes only (no box).

Seller accurately described the condition of the phone and shipped quickly. Seller forgot to include the sim card tray. Seller replied promptly to messages and refunded me the cost of the replacement sim tray, but still a hassle.

received the phone in a timely manner. Didn't activate for a while because my other priv was still working. When I did activate, I found out that the phone doesn't read the SIM card properly and won't stay online. I keep getting a "no SIM card no service" notification which will drop a call and not allow me to make another call until it randomly starts reading the SIM card again. Since I have three business accounts on this phone, it is basically of no use to me. I did spend two hours with Verizon and their tech support and tried a new SIM card. The seller was fine, the phone isn't.
