Item was not listed with the screen defect. Money was refunded but it was very unprofessional.

Don't ever buy from this guy he's a total fraud. I never received the phone and kept telling me to wait wait wait, until I had enough and I started making some noise about this terrible experience. He even said that the issue with USPS was resolved and that I received the phone even though I didn't receive diddly squat. I finally got my refund except for the fact that he sent it to the wrong PayPal address so now I have to wait another freaking couple weeks probably to get it from them. Don't ever buy from this guy it will be awful

The worst seller experience ever!.Phone was in good condition but had knife cut on microphone and was refurbished device silicone coming out of the phone.When i told the seller he said its because of good condition not mint.The faults were also not mentioned in the description of the phone.I mean seriously this is not perfesionalism.No partail refund or returning label provided by the seller.Beware!hundreds of great sellers are there on swappa.

First bad experience on swappa. Screen wasn't on the body of the phone and had play when you pressed down on it. (like the repairer didn't use enough adhesive on the screen to hold it onto the body. He provided full refunded after shipping back but wouldn't refund full return shipping fee like swappa TOS only partial. Purchased to use as a trade in device and hand to cancel an order and re-order due to this issue. Incurring double shipping fee.

Swappa was pretty useless in that they couldn't get the seller to refund full returns shipping.

Provided info via paypal to get return shipping back through them. I guess in that sense they were helpful.

I received phone quickly. Cosmetically phone was in good shape but battery was at 91%. Looking back on comments this seller has quite a few with this .He offered me to return but I have to pay for return .No return slip. I asked to split difference of battery replacement with me. Price at UBREAKIFIX was$79.99. I asked for $39.99 refund and I would keep phone. his response was no partial refunds. We like returns. Beware this seller check battery. I will keep the phone as I wanted it for a backup to my other Pixel2XL and eat the cost of replacing battery. My worst experience on Swappa though no fault of Swappa. Beware this seller. It seems he sends phones out with not thorough checking and see if they stick. No guarantee if you send phone back you get cost of shipping and a full refund or minus restocking fee or no reimbursement for shipping. Other than battery everything else works on the phone as described to be fair. My opinion as buyer Not good experience.

this was a Christmas gift after a couple of weeks there is no audio. Cannot hear the caller and the caller cannot be heard.

There was a dead pixel/s very noticeable in the bottom right area of the screen. Also, microphone does not work except on speakerphone, where voice was barely able to be understood on the other end.

The seller was inflexible and did not want to ship to the address I asked him to send it to because I could not change my PayPal address.

The device came in as expected but i was travelling. I am now getting the chance to try it. I am noticing serious battery issues that I will attempt to describe after testing the device for 1 week:
- when the device is off and plugged in, it will charge and it will reach and show 100%. However, when you unplug it and turn it on, shows no charge (0%). so the trick is to charge the device while it is on.
- After full charge while it is on. when you start using it. the charge will reach 50% within 1 hr of normal conversation.
_ when it reaches 15% and you activate battery saver, it automatically goes off and shows a triangle with an exclamation point .

I will appreciate if we could resolve this situation.

Device Was In Worse Shape That Advertised. Still Not Enough To Demand A Warranty But There Were Cosmetic Damages That The Buyer Did Not Disclose Pictures Of...Inparticularly The Charging Port...1 Star...

iPhone had touch disease, had to take to Apple for replacement. Could have bought a iPhone 7 at the price I paid in total.

impatient seller! I warned that I was having problems with my credit card and that the next day I would make the payment and it canceled even with the notice.
