Initial item was broken and had to wait another week to get next one. Altogether rapid response to issue, just disappointed initial item wasn't of working quality. This makes me concerned the newer ones obtained are a refurb vs used.

Any scratches or chips I just covered up with a cheap protection case and I popped in some new ear tips. They sound amazing and when they arrived the case was at 95% battery. Item is just as described, thanks so much!
