Screen had micro scratches on it, so I could get the bad battery replaced without replacing the screen as well. Otherwise - OK.

Device mostly as described but the touch sensor seems to be a tad faulty and either refuses touch input or causes jitter at times. This is fine for my purposes however.

Item was not quite as described. Description wrote no noticeable scratches on the screen. Many small scratches visible with screen off as well as a scratch that is deep enough to be felt and seen on some screens. Was also surprised by the minimal packing, 2 padded envelopes only (no box).

Seller accurately described the condition of the phone and shipped quickly. Seller forgot to include the sim card tray. Seller replied promptly to messages and refunded me the cost of the replacement sim tray, but still a hassle.

received the phone in a timely manner. Didn't activate for a while because my other priv was still working. When I did activate, I found out that the phone doesn't read the SIM card properly and won't stay online. I keep getting a "no SIM card no service" notification which will drop a call and not allow me to make another call until it randomly starts reading the SIM card again. Since I have three business accounts on this phone, it is basically of no use to me. I did spend two hours with Verizon and their tech support and tried a new SIM card. The seller was fine, the phone isn't.

Wasn't made clear where to or how to pay for expedited shipping. Certainly would have. Phone arrived, all is working fine. Has the known ghosting issue on the screen but I'm pretty sure all of these models do. Overall happy with the phone.

Hi, So firstly let me say the watch and everything else received was and still is in great condition, but after ordering I realized it wouldn't operate fully in my country (Jamaica), this is all on my part I should've researched more before ordering but this was my first ever purchase off of Swappa. Is it possible to return the package? I'll take pictures and any other information needed.
