Seller was quick to answer questions, and provide the information requested. Phone arrived promptly and is in very good condition. Only giving four stars because speaker volume during calls is too low, and mic apparently doesn't have a good volume either, because people on other end during calls can't hear me. Cannot get enough volume during calls to hear speaker. Only way calls work is to turn it to speaker phone setting, and use it like a regular phone. I don't know if this is a software or a hardware problem, but I think the speaker might not be fully functional.
