Seller sent me locked/blocked phone then answered my request for a refund with this message: "We usually don't do refunds, but no worries Jeff we will make an exception for you", even though SWAPPA rules state "Sellers are required to accept a return when a device is received not as advertised." Additionally, the rules also state the following: "If an item is received in an unusable state and must be returned, the seller is responsible for reimbursing return shipping costs to the buyer to remain in good standing. For example, the device is blocked and/or cannot be activated. " Seller refused to refund the return shipping and said it was my responsibility. Seller has been disingenuous throughout this transaction and I am posting feedback to warn potential buyers about the problems I experienced.

iPhone came in a good condition even though it was listed as mint. Had to clean volume and silent button and iPhone had dents on the bottom of phone. Phone is functional. Recommend seller to describe phones per swappas conditions. Mint condition is no dents or scratches on phones and phones would be functioning per condition listed… buyers shouldn’t have to clean a phone in “mint” condition. Other than that thank you for iPhone 13

Phone was for my mother, who is 95 years old and doesn't really care about the condition. That said, it was supposed to be in very good condition with only minor scratches on the outside. It came with cracks throughout the screen! Had it been for anybody else, I would have returned it. Not as advertised. Not even close...

Phone was fine , but the case that came with it was unusable . couldn't use on/off or volume buttons w/ the case on. This was ok with me because I wasn't going to use case anyway. Seller Shipped ASAP and I received quickly . I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice phone but the battery installed by the seller is not "genuine apple" therefore battery health indicator does not work. Other than that it is a nice phone that is currently working.
