There was a dead pixel on the phone when I got it, and I thought the phone would include a SIM card but after doing more research, learned why it's better not to sell phones with the SIM card. Shipping and communication was quick.

Everything with the device is fine. Though I did have to buy a new cable since it seemed to have a short when plugged into my Mac and wasn't able to sync. The new cable works fine, and the phone in general works as expected.

In overall good shape, but not mint condition. There was a small scratch near the bottom of the screen. It's hard to see when the device is turned on, though, so my daughter is still happy with it. Fast shipping.

the device was received as described and on time. the entire process was very simple and convenient.

Bought a new, never activated phone. Checked imei # with AT&T and they stated that they device had been activated, smudged on the phone, gunk on the charger. I addressed my concerns with Chad and he never admitted fault in listing the device inaccurately. He told me it had been activated ,he tested the camera , and made sure it was working after he bought it from best buy. He insisted that even if the phone was mint, that I was still getting a deal and if I wasn't happy to ship it back. He offered to refund me $10, the most he could do, after I asked for $20 back instead of returning. I would recommend verifying information before purchasing a phone through him even if it states it is new, never activated etc. otherwise you may pass up another deal like I did. Overall, the device is good although not what I was intending to purchase, prompt shipping, but not very amicable with customer service. (also noticed a previous customer's reviews said he sent them a mint phone with scuffs.)

There was some small stress cracking on the back cover, need to learn that mint means nothing different from when it was brand new, at all. It didn't affect anything so I'm still leaving 5 stars.

The wear mark is larger than I was anticipating and with a light background, it's noticeable, but the phone arrived quickly and in otherwise really good operating condition. No problems with activation, and the seller responded quickly to my question regarding shipping.

The shipping was quick, but the phone did have an issue and I had to return. The seller was apologetic, courteous, and quickly offered to repair the phone or refund me. I had already found a phone locally so I sent the device back and upon receipt a refund was completed quickly. Seller obviously had no intention to send me a phone that didn't work and only took 2 stars off because of inconvenience of the phone.
