It took over a week after my order was processed to get any information on my shipment and when I might expect the package. I emailed a couple times and no one ever responded. Finally, after calling, I got some immediate traction and my item was shipped right away. The phone was just delivered and, unfortunately, the charger it was sent with does not fit the phone. A bit disappointing all around.

after receiving a shipping notice, phone arrived after 2 days. listed as mint, and pretty much is with the very small exception of some really unnoticeable blemish on the corner of the phone (the phone being black helps). also got a charger and a usb-c cable with it. extremely happy with this purchase, as everything just works as it should.

only slight concern i have is the original shipping box could have used some more packaging paper inside. the phone was put into a smaller box, and into a cushioned manila envelope so it wasn't as if the phone was totally naked, but the smaller box definitely had some room to bounce around in transit (it doesn't look like any of the components were affected though).

I received the phone quickly and it's in excellent condition, exactly as described. Great transaction!

Took awhile to ship but once it did, I got it fairly quickly. Seller never responded to an email I sent about shipping. Phone volume down button doesn't work and the back cover adhesive comes half off. I'd like to get it replaced with another with a working button
