Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using USPS Priority Mail or option USPS Priority Express Mail.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 6 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged.
