    Received phone as expected according to listing, however came with broken charger. Maroon helped quickly after I notified them and sent over a working charger within a couple days, overall great turnaround time and customer service response.

    The phone is in goodish quality. Not what I expected. The picture of the phone was not what I got. Minor scratches on the device. Along with slight screen burn in not advertised in listing. If not for these two minor problems I'd buy from again!

    This phone will not charge. Tells me there's moisture in the phone. After several attempts at drying it, it still says there's moisture defected. It started right out of the box and has progressively worsened. I'd like a replacement.

Return & Refund Policies

A device may be returned within 14 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. If we determine the device to be truly defective, Maroon Mobile will issue a 100% full refund within 2 business days of the date we receive the device back. If no problem is discovered with the device Maroon Mobile will enforce a 10% restocking fee on these devices. A user is free to return a non-defective device under this policy but a 10% restocking fee will be enforced in these cases as well.
