Phone arrived with screen that didn't work. Tried contacting seller via chat option and phone and got a response after a day. Then contact lagged for several days waiting for return label so got Swappa involved. Seller responded once Swappa reached out to them and they gave the return label and refund and contacted me personally via phone to apologize for the situation. That was very nice and professional and after hearing their situation I understood better about the delay. All that to say that was a positive experience overall and just be persistent and get Swappa involved if you have an issue with any seller.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
