Ordered a "Mint" unlocked S23+ from Maroon Mobile. The product picture was a stock photo so I was unsure what I was going to receive. While I had an update or two from Swappa regarding the transaction, I never received any direct communication from Maroon Mobile. I ordered on a Friday and received a UPS tracking email on the following Tuesday. The phone arrived the next day.
"Mint" condition was accurate. The phone was perfect, with no signs of use. I paid for a PhoneCheck using the IMEI and the report was clean. I'm on Verizon and was able to activate the phone using an eSIM by interacting with a Verizon rep over chat. My old Note 8 served me well for 9 years (!) but the S23+ has more space and shipped with Android 16 whereas the Note 8 was stuck on Android 9. All in all I'm very satisfied with my Swappa/Maroon Mobile transaction and look forward to at least 5 years with my "new" phone.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
