Thanks, I've got the phone. However the phone is un an original U1 model sold by Samsung as it was advertised, it's an ATT phone which was paid off and unlocked but the carrier. It should have been listed as ATT phone. I've checked IMEI on 3 different sources. The phone does work though and was in a good condition. I'm concerned that it might not work properly at Verizon as U1 phones do. I had Note 8, u1 (Samsung original unlocked), and I know that unlocked phones from carriers had issues with proper band support. It did work to some degree, but many cells were not visible to these phones with slower speeds and worse coverage as a result.

Why advertise that you provide fast shipping. In reality you don't. My phone was not shipped until 5 days AFTER the purchase.

I received my phone later than I was supposed to because the seller didn't drop it off when they said they would. Also the bag the phone was put in was never sealed so the phone had slid out and was completely exposed. And the box it was in was damaged so I could see my phone without even opening the box.

Phone was sold as unlocked free and clear and is now phone says it is not fully paid off and was part of Sprint contract that is expired! Our carrier T Mobile (who bought Sprint) cannot access Sprint accounts so we now have a brick. I am extremely disappointed and would like the rectified in some way. I was swindled.

The phone is in great shape and arrived quickly. Unfortunately I am unable to use it on my desired carrier even though it was labeled as "unlocked'. I have reached out to Maroon Mobile by email and phone but they have not gotten back to me.

Maroon Mobile was launched in April of 2016 as a small business dealing with both retail and wholesale sales of smartphones and other electronics. Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
